Terms of Service
Last updated May 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DuckReply, a Reddit marketing tool operated by DuckReply (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person per account. Sharing accounts across teams requires a paid seat for each operator.
2. Acceptable use of DuckReply and Reddit
DuckReply finds Reddit threads, scores them, and drafts replies. You publish every reply yourself. We never auto-post on your behalf. You agree to:
- Follow Reddit's Content Policy, the rules of any subreddit you participate in, and the Reddit User Agreement.
- Not use DuckReply to spam, mass-post, vote manipulate, or impersonate other users.
- Review every drafted reply before posting. The draft is a starting point, not a finished post.
- Not use the service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.
You are solely responsible for any reply you publish on Reddit or any other platform, including any consequences (account suspension, subreddit ban, legal claims).
3. Subscription, billing, and free trial
DuckReply is a paid subscription service. The free trial lasts 3 days and does not require a credit card. After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice for new billing cycles.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Monthly plans are pro-rated on cancellation. Annual plans are refundable in the first 14 days, otherwise non-refundable.
4. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material adverse change, we will email you before it takes effect.
5. Your content and Reddit data
You own the content you create (your project details, your replies). You grant DuckReply a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service. Reddit thread data is collected via Reddit's public surfaces and remains owned by Reddit and its users. DuckReply does not claim any rights to it.
6. Disclaimers
DuckReply is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any draft will lead to customers, leads, or specific SEO outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckReply's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put DuckReply or Reddit at risk.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the new version with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts.
10. Contact
